Structured Outlooks and Learning to Inspire are now one organisation - One passionately held belief and a crucial meeting of minds, forged the union.
The belief is that :
Learning is the key to personal and organisational growth, and that growth is the key to living a more fulfilled life.As for the meeting of minds... that took place in 2004 when three like-minded colleagues (Jo, Jane and Darren) came to the challenging and inspired conclusion that the only way to do the sort of learning and development work they really wanted to - was to join forces.
Our combined experience has meant we have worked with over 1000 organisations and the number is growing…daily
