Step One - Designing the Alliance
Why? - To establish business need. To clarifying learning outcomes. To establish measures of success.
What? - Diagnostic and Workforce consultation.
How? - Informal meetings with relevant personnel in the workplace.
Investment - One day
Step Two - Designing the Programme
Why? - ensure the programme meets the stated learning outcomes for the business and the individuals.
What? - A written programme
How? - Led by Learning to Inspire in consultation with client.
Investment One day
Step Three - Set Up
Why? - To manage learner state. To Elicit individual learning outcomes. To pre- frame and give details of the training. (Can also be part of a 360 appraisal process if required.)
What? - A set up pack
How? - Either by post or email approx two weeks before the event. (if 360 is required this would set up would be sent up to a month in advance of the event)
Investment Half to One day (dependant on 360)
Step Four – Delivery of the Learning programme
Why? - To make a difference to the business and the individual….To offer learning that is transformational and enables individuals to think and act differently as a result.
What? - Learning that uses accelerated learning, NLP and the latest findings from neuro science!
How? - Managing State, Honoring difference, Keeping it multi sensory, Keeping it real, Allowing Creation of meaning not Consumption of information
Investment - Dependant on Training
Step Five – Coaching
Why? - To embed learning. To ensure individual learning outcomes are met.
What? - One to one sessions of about 45 minutes in length
How? - Usually over the telephone at intervals to be negotiated.
Investment To be negotiated (optional)
Step Six - Set Down
Why? - To measure success. To establish next steps for the business and the individual
What? - Implement the agreed method of measuring success. Re - issue of 360 if appropriate.
How? - Negotiated with individual business
Investment To be negotiated dependant on method of measuring success.
