Working in the field of leadership development Jane has a wealth of experience in the delivery of transformational learning programmes. Her training enables participants to recognise and unleash their own potential and amaze themselves (and their organisations) with the results !
Jane’s absolute passion for creativity and learning underpins everything she does. She is constantly monitoring ongoing research into learning, the brain, leadership practices and cutting edge strategies for personal and organisational change - as well as creating her own ‘live’ research into what works in practice.
Her greatest love is developing others to teach - enabling them to understand how people really learn – so she can spread her knowledge, passion and unique approach to learning that little bit further !

Jane has worked as a manager in industry and spent over 15 years working and researching into the field of learning & development – a keen artist, designer and writer Jane is a Master NLP Practitioner who has trained with Ian McDermott and John Seymour (2 of the UK’s leading writers and exponents of NLP ) to enable her to now become recognised by the ANLP ( Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming) as an NLP Trainer able to train to Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels.
