Every organisation needs one…Jacqui is the all seeing, all knowing, operations manager! Her attention to detail and meticulous planning keep us all in line, and makes sure our trainers have everything they need to deliver fantastic results for our clients. We chose her because of her organisational skills, her passion for delivering a quality service to our clients, and her keen sense of humour. Jacqui loves many things in life. probably at the top of her list, is her husband, her family and her dancing…oh and as well as learning to sing, her passion for chocolate is fairly well developed too!

What is your most treasured possession and why?
My doll which I have had since I was 5 years old. Everyone said I wouldn't keep it to give to my children and they were wrong. (although I never let my daughter play with it in case she broke it!)

Long black beaded evening dress - it has been with me through fat and thin.
