Who We've Inspired
Leadership and Management training
"I attended the event with two members of my Management Team, not really knowing what to expect. We had chosen workshops linked to improving communications, that being a key development need in our company. When we arrived l got a funny feeling it was going to be one of those days; play dough, drawing pads, felt tip pens and large toy flowers on each table. I felt even more concerned that my two colleagues would wonder why on earth l had brought them here; we are from heavy engineering and don't do this kind of thing. Then we started standing up, sitting down and clapping...oh no! That's my leadership credibility out the window, l thought.
However, when we got down to the content there was real substance in what the trainers had to say. It was obvious they had a high level of experience and knowledge. But more important was the passion and skill they used to deliver their message, in a way that really stuck with me. It was not just fluff and theory either, there was a good level of practical examples of how to apply the learning. Stuff you could actually go out the door and start using immediately. This had to be one of the best training events for retention of the learning, and even better my two colleagues agreed. My company will definitely be using Learning to Inspire again, having the confidence that anyone we send on the courses will enjoy the experience and return better able to carry out their job."
